Moving on life....the best thing to treat your thoughts when negative happenings occur in your life is to assume that you will not be there for them to occur to you. Why for God’s sake assume that you are so unlucky that something unusual should happen to you?moving on life requires courage from you.
We can say that it is possible but not probable, take an example that while walking in the forest a tree might suddenly fall on you. What if now you assume that you would be safe while walking in the forest.
Which one is empowering and you would subscribe to. In my case I will choose to assume that I will walk safely and no tree shall fall on me. And if it falls am ready for the consequences and shall accept it.
Similarly, it is possible but not probable that when traveling by road, you will be involved in a road accident. So do you stop traveling?
I don’t think so, you have to assume that you are not going to be involved in an accident and you shall arrive safely. What I mean take everything in terms of acceptance and consequences.
When you join a person to form a marriage there is a likelihood that you will divorce or your partner will die on the way even before you get a kid or enjoy life. But do you stop getting married to the person because of that. I don’t think so; we normally assume everything shall go well.

There are so many things that can go wrong in our lives that you if you do not use what we have shared above you will get scared of starting something.
Whether it is in relationships, health, career, getting a job, starting a business and so on. Just think in terms of acceptance and consequence and keep on moving.
