When you believe that you can or cannot do something, according to you-you are right.

Am sure you are wondering how it is possible.

The reason why am supporting you that you are right is because all your thoughts and feelings stem from your beliefs about whether or not you can accomplish something.


Believe that you can

If you believe that you cannot do something or get it.

You hold a thought about it and attach a feeling for it that is impossible to do it which in turn is shown outside.

You always create something that you want to see and manifest. Our beliefs are the guiding mechanisms that allow us to determine whether or not we can accomplish a task and whether or not we will be successful at this task.

Beliefs exist at the subconscious level, so they typically operate below the level of conscious awareness.


You can witness them whenever you set out to accomplish a task for example take notice the various ways in which you react from achieving the task you have set for; you will hold yourself back due to fear, gauge yourself whether you can make it or sometimes procrastinate.

All that you are experiencing is coming from your subconscious beliefs.

In order to truly change and attract what you want to achieve, your beliefs on the subconscious level must align with the one you have in conscious level, otherwise the subconscious beliefs will often than not win, as it is more powerful and has a filtering system, which is designed to protect.

It automatically blocks change, or things coming to you, if they are not in alignment with your core beliefs.

Many of us have brilliant ideas, we think positively, some have discovered their purpose for life, we have even identified our strengths, discovered our passions, we have added intense hit to our desires, dreamed big, and the list is endless.

But many times one thing is missing from our lives and that this is ACTION.

Remember that only ACTION can creates results.

Go and study any Successful person you will come to understand that action is the key to manifestation, because they take their lives seriously and they know that taking action ,being accountable and taking ownership is the ingredient to success so they know they must be responsible and accountable for their lives.

Adding to what we have said, standing up and getting the ball rolling is the simplest thing you can ever do because it is an indicator of you taking bold action, even if it is an a small way. Read more on taking action

The good news is that your subconscious can be conditioned to hold new beliefs. This is because if keep exposing it to new things, it will gradually learn new patterns. It is only a matter of time and training.

Once in awhile you deviate from your intentions. You’re an imperfect human being like the rest of us. You have limitations, and once in awhile life, without warning, takes a detour, and we get derailed.

Decide what you want

The key is to decide who you want to be and then create the new you.

The old you, with those beliefs is what has made you who you are today together with friends and the people you have in life, the job and the rest. For example when I discovered of this I started to recondition my mind by hanging out with happy, forward thinking people because their positive beliefs will infect me together with exposing myself to positive materials each day, such as books, audio programs.

As part of the change process, please be gentle with yourself. Like any other change you will feel some resistance but persistence will be of great help.

Overtime it will become manageable.

One of the areas that we can improve and it helps us live a successful life is the area of self confidence, I have take time to come with five steps that if you master and use apply them.

You can build your self confidence and enjoy life so much.

Make sure you print them and pin them some where you can read day in day out. In the morning when you wake up and in the evening before you sleep.
